2. Now you are at the General Infomation Page Please fill this out with your Information.
3. On this Page there will be a section that asks “Were you referred to Arise By a CSP? You must say “YES” and enter the CSP ID Number 2309301 Pierre will then auto populate. Pierre Hyppolite is our Owner.

You must do this to receive Military discount of 50% off your first Certification!

4. Next will be your NDA please sign and move to next step
5. Next in the Arise Portal you will be asked to choose your call center. Press Start Now!
6.Please choose AGENT OF EXSITING CALL CENTER.
Enter IB ID number 142686. (Click the search icon to the right of the text field and confirm Alpha Solutions LLC populates. Or you can enter our FEIN 834409348.
Please enter your SSN in the Field for your SSN.
8. Allow 24 hours for request to be approved.
While awaiting a response from us, please check your email. Arise sends an email to verify your email address. Please respond.
9. After 24hrs, log into the Arise Portal. Sign your CSP Waiver and Agent Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• To sign waivers, you must first view the documents. Click on “View” to proceed
You will be taken back to the Arise portal after you have signed
Allow 24 hours for request to be Finalized.
10. Log back in to the Portal and The last box on the portal that says Choose a client should be open for you to press start now.
11. Press Start now in that box and you will now be able to see all the Clients we have available for you to service.
Take a look around and press the info button on any client you would like to see more information on. These are called OA’s ( Opportunity Announcement’s)
Please contact Alpha Solutions LLC at 479-877-4591 to ask what the hourly rate is for any client. Pay rates are not shown on OA’s.
If you feel like you have found your match you may choose the SELECT button on any client of your choice and choose your Certification Time. (Please remember that all times are in Eastern Time)
12. Once you have selected a client to service for, please take all assessments, Background check and pay for your Certification you will be emailed your W9 & Direct Deposit forms within 24 hours of your background check returning as passed! (These forms must be returned in order for payroll payment to be issued. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
